Dave Enger
Dave Enger started in agriculture by managing cooperative elevator in 1969. He then joined Benson-Quinn Company in 1970 as a field representative. In 1984, Dave became the President of Benson-Quinn Commodities, a subsidiary of Benson-Quinn. In 1991, Enger started the Ag Input Finance Division of Benson-Quinn Company. This grew to service customer's crop financing, crop insurance and commodity brokerage in Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota. In 2002, Enger purchased the crop insurance and commodity brokerage business and started Crop Revenue Management in Buffalo, MN.

Dave Holman
Dave Holman graduated from NDSU in 1973. He farmed in Clifford, ND until 1995. Dave started in the crop insurance and crop adjusting business in 1984. Dave joined Benson-Quinn Ag Input Finance division in 1997 at Clarkfield, MN to solicit and service commodity brokerage, crop insurance, and crop financing. He was promoted and transferred to the Watertown, SD location in 1998. In 2002, Dave Holman joined Crop Revenue Management and offices in Watertown, SD.

Wayne Triplett
Wayne Triplett started in agri-business with Cargill, Inc in 1989. He held various merchandising and management positions in Linden, Indiana, Marietta, Pennsylvania, Wilson, North Carolina, and Houston, Texas. He left Cargill and started a dairy farm in 1993. In 1994, Triplett joined Benson-Quinn Company as a Risk Management Specialist for the Ag Input Financing Division in Owatonna, MN. He was transferred to Watertown, SD to solicit and service accounts in South Dakota and Minnesota in 1996. In 1998, Triplett took a position of grain merchandiser at Prairie Grain Partners, LLC (joint venture with ADM/Benson-Quinn and Tri-Line Farmers Coop). Triplett became Grain Department Manager in 1999 and General Manager in 2000. Triplett joined Crop Revenue Management in 2003.

Mark Hergott
We are pleased to announce that Mark Hergott has joined Crop Revenue Management.

Mark was part of his family farm near Hebron, Nebraska from 1974-1988. He worked for Norder Agri Grain & Supply in Hebron, Nebraska from 1988-1998 in plant operations, grain marketing and sales. Mark joined Cargill in Carleton, NE in plant operations in 1998. He completed his commodity broker license and was promoted to Farm Marketer at Cargill Carleton, NE in 2001. In 2004, Mark was promoted to Farm Service Center Manager/Farm Marketer at Cargill, Litchfield, MN. In 2008, Mark’s duties expanded to Farm Marketer in Central Minnesota working from his home.

Mark has completed is insurance license and will office out of Buffalo. He will continue his relationship with his clients in Central Minnesota. Mark can be reached at the following office number 866-304-2767.

Dan Jirele
Dan Jirele graduated from the University of Minnesota – St. Paul in 1991 with a B.S. degree in Ag Business. Dan started his career as a Crop Production Specialist with Cenex/Land O’ Lakes in 1991 in Goodhue, MN. In 1995, started with American Cyanamid and also started crop farming with his family near Claremont, MN. Jirele started as a grain merchandiser for Cenex Harvest States in Savage, MN in 2002. Jirele joined Crop Revenue Management in Buffalo, MN in June, 2007.

Wayne Miest
Wayne Miest started his agri-business career at a private elevator in St. James, Minnesota in 1969. He began management of cooperative elevators in 1983 in Seaforth, Redwood Falls and Lake Crystal, Minnesota respectively. He became a licensed broker with Benson-Quinn Commodities in 1986. Miest received a degree in Business Management in 1996. Took the position of Country Hedging Branch Manager and Grain Merchandiser in Wood Lake, Minnesota in 1996. In 1998, Miest started the Producer Marketing Group in the Grain Marketing Division of CHS Inc (formerly Harvest States) in St. Paul, MN. Miest joined Crop Revenue Management, Inc. in 2004.

Bryce Roberts
Bryce Roberts graduated from South Dakota State University in 2009 with B.S. degrees in Agriculture Business and Animal Science. Bryce grew up on a cow/calf and grain operation in Winside, NE. He is currently working to obtain his licenses in insurance and commodity brokerage. Upon completion of his training in Buffalo, Bryce would like to relocate to the Watertown, SD. He joined Crop Revenue Management, Inc. in May 2009.
